  • Similarly, any reports, certificates, opinions, or documents prepared and issued by professionals are their independent work product. The respective professional shall be solely responsible for the correctness, authenticity, validity, and compliance of such documents with applicable laws and professional standards.
  • The company does not guarantee or warrant:
    • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any document, report, or certification.
    • The outcomes, approvals, or decisions of any authority or third party.

    • Ensuring compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.

  • Professionals engaged through or connected with the platform are expected to follow their respective professional standards, ethical codes, and legal requirements. The company does not supervise or control their independent professional conduct and shall not be liable for any negligence, error, omission, or misconduct on their part.
