OEM Panel Registration Feature is available on GeM To Protect Original Equipment Manufacturer rights and to restrict unauthorized seller for selling Product in GeM. Vendor who has completed Vendor Assessment on GeM or Having Exemption of Vendor Assessment in GeM can access OEM panel.

Through OEM Panel Original Equipment Manufacturer can manage their Authorized Reseller for Q2 (Quadrant 2) Product on GeM Portal. Further, Vendor can Approve Dealer for Q3 (Quadrant 3) and Q4 (Quadrant 4) Product Supplier (on portal). OEM Vendor can also issue Authorized Code for their Product to Dealer on the portal.

As per Product Category Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 OEM Features as

Quadrant 2: In Q2 Product Category OEM can upload Authorized Code for their Products and Reseller can use that code for Authorization on GeM. OEM can manage Price as well.
Quadrant 3: In Q3 Product Category OEM can approve and reject catalogue uploaded by reseller. OEM can support or reject Product Catalogue
Quadrant 4: In Q4 Product Category OEM can approve and reject catalogue uploaded by any reseller.
Quadrant 1: Reserved Exclusively for OEM (Reseller cannot participate)
